Brotherhood is an original drama created for the Showtime cable network, in which Jason Isaacs plays former fugitive Michael Caffee opposite Australian Jason Clarke as his politician brother Tommy.  Filmed on location in Providence, Rhode Island, it premiered 10 July 2006, though it was available a little earlier to Showtime subscribers via their 'On Demand' service.

Showtime is apparently only available within the U.S.; the Canadian channels The Movie Network and Movie Central aired Brotherhood in high definition.  The premiere episode is available for viewing on the Brotherhood website (click on the banner above), though access to this website is also restricted to U.S. residents.  Showtime is owned by CBS Corp., which aired an expurgated (mighty expurgated!) version of the pilot 15 July.

Season Two was broadcast on Showtime starting 30 September, 2007.  Shooting of Season Three is scheduled to begin late summer 2008, barring strikes.

Showtime has also released a series of podcasts about Brotherhood--the second was an interview with Jason Isaacs.  They are available via the link above or directly through iTunes.

Amazon.com now has the first season available for $20.99US as a three-disk set.  Check your national Amazon site for local/appropriate regional availability.
