The High Lord in The Black Magician Trilogy by Trudi Canavan.

The books have some similarities to Harry Potter but they are darker, The high Lord is a character who you are not sure if he is good or bad, and I think Jason would be great, to add to that mystique.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one out here that doesn't follow anyone else! I tend to ignore famous poeple for the most part. I thought I was in trouble when I fell for Lucius, and I definitely got the feeling of swallowing a cannon ball the first time I saw Tavington - you know, the...

Re: The Doctor

I've rediscovered Dr. Who. And I am happy. :D My first love affair with the Doctor will always be Tom Baker, me being an 80's child and all. He was the first Doctor to enter my life, at least. I forgot how much fun this series can be. They don't take themselves too seriously. Series 1 and half of 2...

I dont/hope it doesnt replace the need for an actor. i suspect it will be used to eleviate the need for stunt men, or location shots.

Re: The Absence

My father was diagnosed with cancer and I think I just shut down and was pretending everything was ok and yet not being able to commun...

Soule, whisperwood, I love your work. (Soule: N&S, the kiss, the kiss! , insert thud smiley here ;-) ) Malfoygrandma, I love your personalised avie. Helen8, you're not completely alone, although I must admit that I've been on the lookout for a pic of fruitbat. It can't just be any fruitbat; it must...
