Re: Peter Pan...AAIIEE!

Hi, Just a small FYI: the girl who played Tigerlily is of Haida descent, and she is fluent in Iroquois, which was what she was speaking in the movie. In one of the extra bits, she talked about it, and what she said. Ahhh...Hook, poor Hook - too bad he didn't realize that he wasn't unloved or alone. ...

Re: Case Histories Coming To PBS this October

Hi,

I don't know if you are able to view it, but you might be able to watch the episode on PBS.org now. I missed it last night, too, so that is what I will be doing tomorrow night. I'm just not sure if you'd be able to get it to work in Canada...

Re: When Harry Left Hogwarts documentary

:lol You're not alone. I had the same thought about Dobby, especially when I saw the coffee. ("Poor thing, he's so tired, he can't even drink his coffe.") And then the skinny, little arms snapped me back to reality.

Re: Case Histories Coming To PBS this October

Whoa! :woot That was an excellent first episode. I thought that they did a nice job in relation to the book, too. I hope that NBC doesn't let us down this winter. :D (I think I liked Case Histories better than Aurelio Zen, but please don't tell Rufus Sewell...)

Ohh... This looks like great fun! (But then... this comes from a gal who is going on a "ghost hunt" in a museum next week...) Captain Hook *and* Lucius Vorenus (Kevin McKidd) -how tempting... ;-)

Re: Possible Time Slot

Oh boy, Friday is the worst night for US tv- all shows fear Friday night. :tchuh: For the 10 of us in the US who do not watch DWTS or American Idol (or the other 50 bajillion reality shows), it would be nice to watch something decent on those nights, but I understand the fear of competing against th...

Hi All,

I am not sure if anyone saw this, but there is a little teaser on PBS for the first episode of Mystery! (my apologies if I am double posting).

Ha! I know, me too. I still get the creeps when I see bikes like the teacher/WWofW. I am strangely drawn, yet repelled by those big baskets.
Although...ever since I read Wicked, I have a whole new appreciation for the WWofW.

Oh my gosh, each review gets funnier and funnier (sadly). I am glad that all of the big gun names have good reviews connected to them (yay, JI!). Erm...It's vaguely disturbing that the best thing that they said about the lead female actor is that she has nice eyebrows... I think that I am go...

Re: Featurette

When you do watch it, have some tissues, Fruitbat, as HP DH2 might cause the waterworks to flow. I saw it twice with friends. The first time we were unprepared and had to share popcorny-napkins up and down the row. The next time, we were armed with tissue packs. ;^)
