It does make you think when you see what stupid things they change, it also worries me how much control the media has on our lives. There is nothing wrong with perfecting the light on a pic or removing a blemish on a face, but when they go to such strange lengths to change someone almost to being un...

Gavin and Stacey

I have just been reading that Gavin and Stacey will be aired in the US on BBC America starting on 26 August 2008. Airbrushing

i knew that most pics of celebs were airbrushed on magazines and advertising campaigns but really looking at some it makes you realise just how false the industry is, and we should never feel inferior based on these images. I could never do the whole giggly bit in front of a that certain someone, ven if inside I felt like doing it. I tend to go quiet and just ask really mundane questions, my mate normally saves the day though as she talks to anyone.

The beeb are getting better about releasing DVDs, but I think this show was a BBC 3 show which means it wasn't aired on main stream channel so chances are slim for it to be released. :-(

When is it acceptable to approach an actor?

I was reading on another forum about a couple who instead of approaching an actor they followed him, the actor was walking down Oxford Street. Now don't get me wrong I understand being excited and perhaps not thinking clearly when you see people you admire, and perhaps being a little shy to approach...

During my 'nteenth re-watch of Brotherhood, season 1, this weekend, I noticed that Michael is none too gentle with Kath, in the scene where his mum called during their, um, vacation by the Jersey shore. He gave her a whack and she looked surprised. did he? I missed that....OK I now have another exc...
