But I happened to have a can of black beans at home waiting to be called Mud. And am trying to keep the Menu relatively "healthy"...

Forgot to say I also put garlic. And that essential for the Mud confection.

Just cooked something that looks like Miracle Mud. It's delicious! Think I got the right ingredient: Black beans. I'm glad I still have a VHS player, actually an NTSC and PAL player, so I bought the NTSC tape of Solitaire for 2. Haven't seen it yet, have a pile of things to watch...

Travis said "the talented actor has played blah blah...". He joined "actor" and "has" so it became "actoras" or "actor's".
But we can always imagine that he called him "talented actress".

Helen, my weight is more or less stable. So I guess it's a neutral diet. Took a long time to eat seitan (Satan), so it takes off weight. Bodies of Chrisp make me gain weight, because I eat too many.
