It's so bad and I can't even move my shoulder upwards or nothing, this sucks and not a good way to start the new year...

See the doctor tomorrow morning, I can't move my shoulder and it hurts to get up as well, even struggle to hold my cat too, been watching some German stuff lately and trying to keep my mind off the pain, it goes into my other shoulder, my spine and both wrists too... It sucks
