Don't you have to have a brain for the cold to affect it?
Fashion should not intercede common sense.:loco

lol wolfsaver!
Custom made cast....that would be quite chic wouldnt it?
But yeah, I still don't get why people would wear stilettos in the snow.

Stilettos in the snow? Sounds like a really good idea.. not.

It's not only in the UK that the snow created chaos. It did here in Norway too. Where I live, it must be 1,5 meters now. And I don't enjoy it. Not one bit. But what can you do? At least it's not that cold anymore.

Wow, Wolfie! 4½ feet! I bet it's really pretty. That should make commuting difficult tho'. It's 80°F here. [I'm too lazy to look up the conversion to centigrade: 5/9 or 9/5 or –32° or +32°: my brain hurts]

It's due to get cold here tonight down to 40 deg. Likely our last cold spell of the season. In July we'll be wishing it was cold again.

Wow, Wolfie, that's "running out of room to put any of it" territory.
I was born in Winnipeg, where we know from snow, but that's pushing it . . .

It was 60 degrees here a week and a half ago, today, about freezing and quite windy.
I can live with either, I just wish it would make up its mind!

If only we could take all this miserably cold, wet, snowy weather, and have it transferred to the ANTARCTIC, where it's needed badly.....
global warming is endangering the polar bears.

Here, here!! Snow for the bears!

They can have all of mine, that's for sure. I'm tired of it. It's all sitting on the sides of the roads now, looking like a whole lot of dirty-ass laundry. This is the time of year I start gtetting restless. Wanna see some GREEN, and FLOWERS. I usually start doing things like looking thru seed catalogs and putting flowery wallpapers on my monitor. I'm gagging to start preparing my gardens for planting and all, but the ground is still frozen. :???:
