I love Danny Elfman, but yeah . . . I thought the point of being a creative person was doing things differently??

An oldie but still a goodie, to my mind: a remake of Kind Hearts and Coronets, with JI reprising Alec Guiness' roles.

For those of us thinking that Jason would be a good Henry Higgins:

KK was rumoured to be playing Eliza; now it's confirmed.

Thanks for the link, fruitbat. If you or anyone find a poll for casting Henry Higgins, we need to get to work

I know that Jason said he wouldn't want to do the classics and this is a classic but wouldn't he be fantastic as Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights?

Yeah, but Heathcliffe's such a pr*ck!!

I'd probably end up throwing my popcorn at the screen.

What about a remake of the 60's/70's medical drama, EMERGENCY?
Not neccessarily Johnny Gage, but one of the doctors at Rampart Hospital. (My sister and I were watching it yesterday on WGN) :scratch

I take back the Heathcliff comment No good..Nada...

Author Daniel Silva has a series of books about an Israeli spy named Gabriel Allon. Except for the fact the Gabriel is supposed to be quite homely and that could be changed, Jason would be perfect for the part. He would really get a chance to show his acting ability. Since there are 8 books in the series to now, that would keep Jason employed for quite awhile. (He could do other films in between)

Yes I think that's a good idea if I do say so myself.

Oh, I think Heathcliffe would be cool, or maybe even Mr. Rochester from Jane Eyre. He would be awesome as the gentlemen friend of Holly Golitely in Breakfast at Tiffany's...what the heck was his name? Geez, I don't have a head on my shoulders today. :???:

I wanna se Jason do something like...really gritty. Something really unexpected.
Oh! also I would love to see him in like an Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu movie...or a Lars von Trier movie (two of my fave directors)
I hope that happens! I would die!

Mr. Rochester in Jane Eyre is fabulous Cissa....what a great thought but then again it is a classic. But I love Jason in period pieces....he is incredible!! And I certainly agree in that he does "brooding" well!!
