Nope, not late at all!
Thank you all for your wonderful sentiments. They helped make turning forty not such the scary event that some people think it is! It isn't that bad at all!
Mr. Roz surprised me with flowers and a card on my drafting table this morning, then dinner out at our favorite Middle Eastern eatery. In his card were two tickets for "A Midsummer Night's Dream' at the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. WOO! Between family and friends' gift cards for iTunes and Barnes and Noble, I should be good to go on music and books for the summer. All in all, a great day.
