Dont you think that both she and Hugh Lawrie are way more attractive now then they were then? Can't say the same for Stephen Fry unfortunately, there is a man with a lot of stress in his life.

Hugh Laurie definately looks better to day. But her...sorry but I don't think she's attractive. Just my personal taste.

I agree with you Heather some people do get better looking with age!!!

Stephen Fry has been through a heck of alot as you say and obviously it has made him age considerably. Very intelligent Man though.

I am a huge fan Marilaine and there is one episode involving multiple renditions of Climb up on my knee Sonny Boy that makes me laugh so much I can barely breathe.

Not that my opinion means anything in this matter...but I think Mrs. Isaacs is lovely then and now. Didn't know there was any available footage of her acting. Thought she did fine. Thanks, Heather.

Think Mr. Laurie looks good then and now, too. He's more my type.

Think people frequently look with distaste at styles of a different era.

Dunno much about Stephen Fry, I'm afraid. Have seen some of his work. Wish him well.

The character Spode, with the flat cap and mustache, reminds me of Jason's "Colonel" in Skeletons.

OMG! This is just freaky. Among the many DVDs I've brought back from the UK is the complete Jeeves and Wooster, as I love Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie together.

Now I know to look forward to it. I think Emma looks positively radiant, both then and now.
