I'm not the one to talk... have been too tied up with work this fall to post here as much as I used to. But this place is surely much more quiet than it used to be.

(Or is it just me?)

I've been checking in as much as I used to, but things have changed a bit at work, (more to do, which is an improvement, and also makes me feel more secure), so I don't post or reply or "Thanks" as much as I used to.

Perhaps it is the hectic holiday syndrom. Or the we are done discussing/disecting or talking about Case Histories and HP. Until Awake comes out it might be a dry spell. Hopefully Jason will surprise us with something we have not heard about!

I'm still alive as well. But we've got that much trouble at work for my boss simply decided to better notshow up at all... haven't seen her at work for a month now. SHe says she's sick... but posting on facebook and everwhere when she's going to party etc etc etc.... So me and one of the other girls are quite busy trying to replace her. Not that I haven't got other things to do for university....... So you see I really want to see what's going on here more often... and I'm hoping it'll get better at work soon!

Holiday parties on Saturday and Sunday.

We only have two parties this year. Of course they are both on the same night. So two hours at one party then get on the freeway and two towns away spend some time at the next party. At least I got the gift exchange presents - they are so cute!!!

Marie, Rob's company party was Casino Night. We know why we don't gamble. We said we'd only stay a couple of hours. (It started at 6:00.) Four hours later, we were still at the same Black Jack table. Raking in the chips. Fake money chips. We started with $50 each and had $1,100 by 11:00. The top 3 chip amounts got the big door prizes. First prize was a 42" flat-screen TV. We came in 4th.

Typical!

At least I got the gift exchange presents - they are so cute!!!

4th place - oh that bites!

For the Reef Club party - 4 glass set with fish and a set of jelly bean candles that smell soooo good. For my office party - the gift everyone loves - chocolates (for Chinese auctions always get gifts that you would not mind going home with yourself!!!)

Casino night sounds like a blast to me!!!!!!!!
