Heartbreak

Post by BrodieCaffee » Mon Feb 03, 2020 8:14 pm

I've been crying all day cause I just lost my dad as he died on Sunday night from a heart attack, he's being buried on Wednesday afternoon, it hurts so much and I don't think that it will ever sink in that he's gone.

I'm taking a break from Social Media to grieve the loss of my dad

BC, the loss of a parent can be devastating. Grieve, yes, but take time to heal. All these years later, my dad is a happy and strengthening memory for me. In time, yours will be for you, too. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Crying is good, Brodie. It's part of the process. Allow yourself to grieve. :hug
