This BBC/BBC America miniseries, filmed in Toronto, was broadcast on 2 November 2006 on BBC1 in the UK, and in the US in February 2007.
Yeah, I was going to ask that as well and then decided to be proactive and type in the man's name.Sandman wrote:How do you find any pictures there? Or am I just too lazy to go through all of those thousands of pics?
Did try typing in "The State Within" and it got me nowhere. Or bubkus, as we used to say in the Old Country.
So it ended up taking me to the Getty Images search page in English. Which presented me with a pageful of little teeny tiny pictures of The Man of the Hour. Which was nice, but my middle-aged eyes and old eyeglass prescription weren't cuttin' it, so in frustration, looking for something else to do, I then clicked on the little "location" thingy to the left, and it gave me a list of locations. So on a whim I clicked on one from the Old Country (the Ziegfeld Theater, which was just a few blocks away from our apartment in said Old Country), and not only did I get two little (miniature) pictures of the dear fellow, but when I put my mouse over them ... he moved. Yes, my own little moving picture of Jason Isaacs walking a reddish-looking carpet just on the other side of Columbus Circle from my old stompin' grounds.
Why all this rambling? Because for all this hormone-recharging photographic loveliness, and procrastination-inducing Internet experimentation, I still haven't found any pictures from "The State Within" (as per the OP) and it's making me nuts.
I'd use the little "nuke smilie" but that's a sensitive subject in my New Country. So this guy will have to suffice.
Will now stop neglecting my children and feed them breakfast. Sigh.

Better to be safe than sorry!Hilary the Touched wrote:Yours truly grew concerned, and Char realized that the lovely big pics posted above were copyrighted and therefore verboten.
I took 'em down.
Char apologizes, and I apologize, and both of us wish we had some hot-shit news to substitute, but I got nothin' . . .
