Our first look at The State Within

This may screw up the formatting a bit, but what the hell. It's the first publicity still from The State Within. If you want to read the text, download the pdf from the BBC.
You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader if it's not already installed.

Should be a compelling watch.

How cool is that!! Thanks Gillian. Did you notice the suspenders? He lookes pretty haggard in the large shot (of course he is in the middle of what looks like a bomb blast!) I do so hope BBC America carried this as soon as possible!!!

Yep - Looks like something went kaboom nearby and the Ambasador looks like he was standing rather close to it!

Hair's lookin' pretty good, even when disheveled.
Yup. The suspenders weren't lost on me either. Yummy!

Well, Kate, it's looking pretty good for BBC America:

Kathryn Mitchell, Controller, BBC America, said: "With a great crossover plot involving the diplomatic worlds of America and Britain, I knew BBC America had to be involved in State Within.

I think this article was posted earlier, but I'll include the URL justincase!

 nuke.gif Thankyou Gillian, for the fine pictures. I am the luckiest old lady in South Carolina. My husband thinks my hobby, staring at pictures of JI is perfectly harmless and bought me Showtime in July just so I could keep occupied with Brotherhood. Of course, the Showtime package he bought includes BBCAmerica, and being a Sean Bean fan, we are enjoying Thorpe!, and looking forward to the JI stint as Ambassador! Suspenders are very nice. Want to see JI in a rage, speaking in public and snapping those classy elastics! Thanks again, Gillian

MG, I concur--Jason Isaacs as Michael Caffee, Sean Bean as Sharpe (I think that's what you meant!) and a husband who thinks it's harmless?? I'd call that lucky!
