it does carry a date of today, but in the interview, Jason is asked how the film is doing at the festival....the interview with Viggo, he is wearing a red shirt (which, I think he wore at TIFF)...

Just found this: "Kate Rodger travelled to the 2008 Toronto Film Festival
to speak with the cast and crew"....so, these interviews are from TIFF...
