Spain Box Office

A fencing Jason Isaacs--in tights, no less!! Sorry--a historical drama concerning machinations and maneuverings in the court of Spain's Philip II, erstwhile husband to England's Queen Mary Tudor and dispatcher of the ill-fated Armada. Velvet and ruffed collars. Unfortunately, it appeared only sporadically in theatres, and is tough to find even on DVD.

I don't think it is such a bad opening. In Spain the average opening for a real blockbuster movie is 10-15 million. The market in Europe for films is so much smaller than the US.

DVDgo.com stated release date for both reg DVD and Blu ray on the same date, Feb 24....makes more sense.

The first info was obviously incorrect.

Char, I opened the address you had posted, and it took me to the
DVD that is NOT BLU-RAY....which is OK, but it did state that the DVD
was REGION 2....(ZONA 2)...so beware folks...
