Futon Critic stated he plays Martin GoldLarroquette, repped by ICM and Brillstein Entertainment, will play the patrician managing partner of the firm who recruited him. "Guilty" marks Larroquette's return to the legal-drama beat following his recent regular role on "Boston Legal," where he also played a senior partner at a top law firm. He also won an Emmy for his guest role on "The Practice" and four Emmys for playing an ADA on the sitcom "Night Court."
Haha, we knew this before it hit Google News.
We are good or what?

HUH?? Mack has a 19 yo son, not a daughter, in the book. Maybe they think it's too much testosterone already..LOLIsabelle Fuhrman will join Jason Isaacs in the Fox pilot “Pleading Guilty.” Fuhrman will play Isaacs’ daughter. Thesp was recently seen in WB thriller “Orphan.”

Wow! Dennehy and LaRoquette!
Absolutely marvelous casting news. I love Brian Dennehy....will he be the awful badguy cop who hates Mack and tries to put him in prison? And LaRoquette! Jiminy Crickets! They are going all the way to make this a really good show.... fifty hoorahs for Fox Productions!

Char, you're probably right. They need to balance the cast to appeal to as many people as possible. Besides being the father of a daughter will show a sensitive side of Jason's character. Of course, I haven't read the book, so I don't know what the relationship with the son is. But I think you've hit it, Char.
