Another game voice work--"Napoleon"

Post by Hilary the Touched » Wed Dec 23, 2009 11:02 am

Just got this via a Google alert--Jason Isaacs can be heard on the demo/trailer/however you'd describe it for what is labeled a "Game for Windows," "Napoleon Total War."

I have no idea how much more of him is included in the actual game, but there ya go.

He sounds a bit hoarse, but it's a good gig if he's in the game.

This leads me to ask though, why create games of actual historical battles? It's not like you can change the outcome. I mean, up until Waterloo, Nappy wins it all. :scratch

Revisionist history. Right up the previous administration's alley.

I heard at one time that was a big thing to restage the battles and try to come up with a different outcome.

Oh, dear. Do we sound like a bunch of women or what!

The guys in my lab are spending the whole of Christmas week playing war games on their computers. They don't care about historical accuracy, they just want to do battle. Who cares if Nappy wins or loses, its all about shooting things.

I wouldn't say he sounds hoarse.....more nasal...........but hey who cares as long as he is keeping himself busy until another major role comes his way!

Love Kathleen

I can't tell if he's nasal or hoarse. He's sounds the same to me. Maybe it's my speakers.

**hits computer*

Meh. I'm not into war games. But if I had my way, Tavington would have won it and we would be a bunch of Brits watching BBC4....

lol

I can't wait for Castlevania.

I have the other Total war game... haven't played it that much, but maybe I'll buy this one. I don't know if I can resist this:
