Another event in France is scheduled. :wheee
It's North France, by the sea.
It's Friday&Saturday (29&30 September) in Le Havre.
Adress - Location
L'échoppe des sorciers, Rue Casimir Périer, Le Havre, France
So as you can see it's not exactly a comic con, but signing/photo event in Harry Potter themed shop.
