After I posted the reply I thought you might have been thinking about TSW. Has anyone bumped the two versions US and UK against each other and found significant differences. I know those that viewed the UK TSW said the US version had some cut out but I was wondering about the US DVD?

Marie, I've been watching the UK DVD of TSW for a few months now.
I recd the US DVD I think it was this past Monday. They are identical..
What happened was, when the BBC America channel showed their version of TSW, they had to edit out scenes to make time for commercials. I was worried that the DVD would be edited, as well, but it's not, so for anyone interested, go ahead and purchase the US DVD of the state within, cause it matches perfectly to the UK DVD...
I guess because the US DVD is region 1, it seems to be a clearer, more crisp picture than my UK DVD..Could be that region 1/2 thing, or else I wore out my UK DVD...LOL...
Thanx and sorry for the earlier confusion, I've a one trak mind these
days with LONDON...Look forward to meeting you SOON...

Thanks for clarifying that, Kim--we appreciate hearing from somebody who was able to compare both!

No problems Hil, it was great to be able to compare the 2 DVD's and
find no differences...

Paramount has canceled the release of BH Season 2 DVD from the date of 2/5/08. No reason was given, and another release date was not given..this doesnt sound good...

If I remember correctly, I do believe the Season 1 DVD release date was changed a few times, but a new date was given...

YEAH, figured out how to post thru another internet provider...LOL

Oh poor Kim!!
I'd advise you to contact AOHell's customer support, but they don't have the greatest track record.

I'm not the greatest fan as you can tell.

(Good to have you here!)
Huh . . . here's just a thought: one of the directors, Blake Masters, is also one of the writers. Are they maybe holding out until the writers' strike is settled? I thought it was specifically prompted by issues surrounding internet downloading, but . . .

The real reason is CBS may have to broadcast Brotherhood also. Can't have the DVD in the stores for 'upcoming shows'.

Oh joy!! Columbia House has the 1st season of Brotherhood on sale for $20.97, and I'm a preferred member, so I won't be paying the regular price of $34.99!! :D

Although due to a lack of funds, this one will have to be saved up for...
