In a nutshell, the Kansas School Board thinks Intelligent Design needs to be taught in their schools.
But some of us (10million, at last count) believe that the world was created by a Flying Spaghetti Monster. We have scientific evidence to prove our belief. Therefore, Kansas should teach our theory. The above link is for a letter to send to Kansas. Join us!

Oh I totally know about the flying spaghetti monster!
It cracked me up to no end! I had to share it with my fellow science students.
But some people honestly don't believe in evolution. I always get people asking me "if monkeys are our ancestor, then how come we still have monkeys" because they don't understand the whole "common ancestor" idea.
