. . . her 8th birthday party thrown on the set of the new Harry Potter film—and reportedly meeting star Daniel Radcliffe along with Potter creator J. K. Rowling.
Sasha and big sister Malia, 10, traveled with their mother, first lady Michelle Obama, to Leavesden Studios, about 20 miles outside London, England, to mark Sasha’s big day on Wednesday.

Of all the cool things they've experienced so far -- dad's swearing-in, the inaugural balls and moving into the White House -- celebrating your birthday on the set of Harry Potter has GOT to top the list.

Would top mine! Probably even more so if Lucius viciously berated me for being a mud-blooded Muggle.

I don't think I could handle that at eight. I would pee myself and dissolve in hysterics.
Come to think of it, I'm not sure I could manage it now.

Well, I meant now, not me at 8 (yikes). I'm just masochistic enough now to be able to take a Lucius tongue-lashing.

Not only is she a Potter-phile, but I read long ago, early in the campaign, (way back when Hillary was still supposedly a shoo-in), that her father (now "Mr. President" to the rest of us), read all seven books aloud to the girls. Which is how they became Potter-philes.

Deffo wouldn't be able to cope with that kind of excitement and I'm nearly ten years older.
Then again imagine being given the choice: White house forever or HP cast meeting?
Then again, I need to shut up as a Brit anyway, I'm sure the WH really is something.

Can you imagine the amount of publicity he'd get if he was the narrator on the Books on CD?
GO PREZ!

Yes, I imagine it might approach a fraction of the publicity he attracted when he was elected the first African American president.
