Yes but his natural stubble isn't that gray, it's more like dark with gray spots in it...

There are some make-up tests for Lucius on the DVD extras to one of the early films where they tried lightening his eyebrows and decided that it didn't work - looks as though they've improved the technique since then!

Not sure how "new" this is, but tonight was my first time seeing it. He just looks..... so sad and beat down. *climbs through her screen & gives him a hug*
