It looks to me like it was cut out of another photo. I've seen a larger version and you can tell up by his hair that there's a lot of grey in there.

I hope there's Lucius footage in the trailer for part 2.

Your right that the shoes do look big on him but I think that's the design rather than big feet XD.

Yeap, I would say that the image has been photo-shopped. Possibly so it could be blended in to other images. Like the sticker book image I've seen posted elsewhere. A white background does make it easier to adapt to other images.
