Just keeping people informed. No Jason.

Several members of the cast, including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, recently confirmed that they had to film epilogue scenes again. The King's Cross station scenes were shot on location earlier this year, but will be re-shot at the Leavesden set this month.

Whoa! They'll need to re-shoot Epilogue? And, Emma has short hair. How are they going to find a wig to match Hermione's hair?

It's the Epilogue - and Hermione is her own woman!!!! She can have any lenght hair she wants! (But I suspect they will use a wig!) However she will be shown as quite a bit older - so it's not like they will need to match anything exactly. It's a short scene in the book and it sounds like they are completely re-doing it. So I don't think they will have a lot of difficulty.

I really hope they don't go overboard with the aging makeup. :furthermore After all, it's only about 20 years later, making them approx. 37.
At 37, I looked more mature than I did at 17, but I didn't have sagging wrinkles and a hump. I had some crow's feet for myopic squinting, but that was it.
We'll see in July.

I have seen some of the epilogue photos of Daniel, Emma, Rupert and Tom in the paper [think it was The Mirror] they look OK I thought.

HERE. Maybe this is why they have decided on the reshoot

Don't know...Draco looks much older than 37 (in the pic).

Draco looks like he's in his 70s, and Harry and Ron look like they're in their 50s. That's just way too much age makeup.

Do the people on this board in their mid-30s think they look like them? I should think not.

Do you really think that? I didn't think so. I thought they looked reasonably early-middle-aged.

The boys look way too old. No late 30's that I know (and I know plenty) look even close to this. My parents, in their middle 50's, look younger. That make up is a fail, I think it's strange they didn't notice that when they shot it. The girls' make up look a bit better...

I agree. I guess this is why they had been called back to reshoot the epilogue.

You're right. They look far too old. Especially Draco... Nobody looks that old in their late 30s, except for Lindsay Lohan. She will :D

Who knows. Maybe Draco looks that old because of what his father, Lucius, has put him through.

Thank you, thunder, for proving my point.
H'wood has been contributing to all the plastic surgery craze with shite like this. No one looks this old at 37. I hope that Angel's comment about the reshoot was correct, that they got the age look waaaaay wrong.

Well, alcohol and drugs can cause premature aging.
