I'm so ANGRY that all the nice Jason extras are only on Blu-Ray! Is the bare-bones 1 DVD crappy-pack even worth buying?
I'm really fed up with these format changes. You start a collection and 5 years later, it's all worthless.
That said, thank you so much for the screencaps, ladies! It's better than no Jason at all!

Gilly ... You are so right. I'm also tired of getting everything in different formats. Innovaction is fine but let us catch our breath before the next change comes in.

I wonder why they weren't included on DVD, that's not fair.

It is worth noting that your collection is not worthless with a Blu-ray player. The Blu-ray player will play standard DVDs. Blu-ray player prices have come way down so it's not a bad time to get one.You start a collection and 5 years later, it's all worthless.

Yeah, it's true. However, what do I do with the two DVD players I have, then? You see, I find it kind of obscene the amount of junk we're creating with these neverending, always evolving fads.It is worth noting that your collection is not worthless with a Blu-ray player. Gee, I don't want to sound patronizing or anything, I'm not an environmental activist. I'm just tired of expensive stuff getting obsolete too quickly.
Thank you thunder for the link to the videos, they were really fun to watch!

Re: Diffferent versions of Blu-ray and DVD discs
I donated mine to my local Zoo where I volunteer. They have an education department and were thrilled to get another DVD player. Another great place is local thrift shops where the proceeds go to charities. DVD players are still selling well in them. I never discard my electronics unless they are broken - usually there is always someone who can put them to good use!what do I do with the two DVD players I have, then?

Re: Diffferent versions of Blu-ray and DVD discs
my son was complaining, he bought a blu ray player about a month ago in Walmart, and now the
same one is selling for $68 dollars...have no idea what make or model it is, but he sure
was upset!! LOL He threw out the box and receipt, so he was a bit gloomy with himself...
jeez, I just gave a hardly used VHS tape player to my sister
(Solitaire for 2 I have on VHS)

Re: Diffferent versions of Blu-ray and DVD discs
I have the State Within and Black Hawk Down on VHS (because I recorded them from TV ). I recently got rid of my pre historic VHS player, and now I really want to get these on DVD.
