Those are impressive figures, but,because they're based on cash takings rather that actual 'bums on seats' it doesn't really mean much - as cinema prices go up (especially for 3D and Imax screenings) each big film that comes out is going to do better than the one before. The important thing is the pleasure that the audience gets - and I'm sure that the HP audience is going to keep the films on the top of the charts that really mean something for a long time to come.

Fantastic and impressive opening weekend! (But then we knew it would be.) Winnie the Pooh who? I hope to sneak out and catch it again sometime this week.....
