A fencing Jason Isaacs--in tights, no less!! Sorry--a historical drama concerning machinations and maneuverings in the court of Spain's Philip II, erstwhile husband to England's Queen Mary Tudor and dispatcher of the ill-fated Armada. Velvet and ruffed collars. Unfortunately, it appeared only sporadically in theatres, and is tough to find even on DVD.

The spell of El Escorial is an attractive political thriller and police framed in the palace intrigues of the court of Philip II, which not only arouses curiosity, but also cultural. And thanks to its attractive international cast, already have been run in English, the film has virtually guaranteed its premiere in most European countries. Besides the benefits to our own film and film-so-denostar by some, the international projection of La conjura de El Escorial is a unique opportunity to promote some communities, such as Madrid, Castilla La Mancha and Andalusia.

I don't know if this info is correct, but someone posted over on the
Jason Isaacs IMDB thread, that Mr Jason will be in Madrid this
Friday, for the premiere of Escorial...

If this is true, stay tuned for pictures...that would mean he would
be in Madrid on Friday, and possibly Toronto on Monday...

the man sure does get around....:woot

I've no clue how folks do it. We have a couple of folks here at work that we call road warriers. They fly all of the US and the world. Sounds romantic right - no - they spend their time in air ports, hotels and conference rooms. Hopwfully Jason enjoys his jet setting trips a bit more! ;-)

So, does that mean that 'Brotherhood',Season 3 has wrapped up? Oh, thank goodness. Weather Center projected Hannah to hit Florida, then go up the East Coast.
As long as he's safe, I guess I don't have to worry.
He is safe, right? aaa.gif

No, it doesn't wrap up for a while. I think he got some time off for these appearances.

If he's out of the country, Marilaine, at least he'll be safe. I wonder if the family will be going with him-?
