The Fix

Post by thunder » Wed Oct 21, 2009 10:31 am

I finally managed to track this film down, and I truly enjoyed it. Jason Isaacs and football in the same film. (Sigh!) That's too good to be true!

Jason was very good, and played Tony Kay with a mix of arrogance and vulnerability.

But the best discovery: Tony Kay and Harry H. Corbett apparently shops at the same place :D

Thunder!! What an eye--and memory!--you've got!

That's lolarious--wonder if it came from JI's closet, or the BBC's "characters who live in the 60s" closet? Wonder if JI remembered it??

Looks like the BBC Wardrobe Dept. doesn't throw anything out!!

Um. thunder? I've misplaced a ring. Do you think you could come to California and use your INCREDIBLE eyes to find it?
Geez, Woman!!! Bet your mum insisted on strained carrots.

LOL I thought the jacket looked familiar, and I just checked to get some peace of mind, and it was 100 % match.

I guess screen capping pays off sometimes... I get to take a very close look. :D

Was able to watch this on You Tube at one time. Good story. And of course Jason's performance ~ brilliant!

I think Jason's scenes are on Youtube.
