At least she doesn't risk anybody else showing up with the same outfit...

You know, I think this photo makes her performance in The King's Speech even more extraordinary; she can act.

If it were on anyone but her, it would be terrible. I mean hey, if you're going to do things your own way and suffer through an awards ceremony, at least give people something to talk about. She might not have gotten the award, but I couldn't even remember the name of the woman who won until I looked again this morning.

I think she said that her daughter helped her dress. Alas, the acorn didn't fall very far.

And, yes, HB-C is a fine actress. She's simply anti-fashion.

Guess she's taken to heart what Oscar Wilde said: "It is better to be talked about than not to be talked about."
Smart lady.

I like and respect people who are true to themselves, despite what others will think of them.

Wow! And they're giving Ricky Gervais a hard time for nasty comments.

Ya know, I'm not really what I would call a fan of Ricky, mostly just because I'm not, but if other people said stuff like that, no one would even be griping about it.

I personally would have loved if Robert Downey Jr. hosted, he was hilarious, but that's just me.
Hell I spent half the awards trying to figure out if Colin Firth was there, and muting things when Glee won an award. :lol
