That's a very sweary scene indeed. Jason is really channelling Hook/Lucius when he speaks. Not suitable for children right from the start - but very funny.

I thought that scene was hilarious. Jason seems to have such fun with these types of sweary scenes. I could not get the newspaper article to load though. Jason looks so cool as a monarch.

So. I watched it on Hulu. It's more of a cameo role, about 3 min. He appears to be sitting in his grave(?) when his son stumbles upon him. They have a swear-laced conversation (much like the rest of the series). Jason is hilarious, berating his son for being weak. It was the highlight of the episode for me. And. Yes. He does channel Lucius and Hook.

Well worth the look-see.

Jason played Peter the Great in one episode (Season 2, Episode 18) of the Hulu (US streaming site) comedy (!) series The Great. The episode is “Five Days”, and—like the rest of Season 2—“dropped” on 11/19/21.
