The actual story itself is somewhat mediocre. I found myself fast fowarding through most of the non JI stuff.
My advice -- rent it, don't buy it.
Thanks, Gillian. (Lucky Kirstie!....ooops, here I go again.

The End of the Affair..
Bought it this year, but haven't watched it until yesterday.
I liked it, but it's not my favorite movie.
But with a priest like that.. I would go to church more often, and even confes..

There'd definitely be a long line of ladies outside the confessional.

I think Jason in TEOTA is a Priest with whom you first make sins and then confess
btw... TEOTA is one of my favorite Movies, and for me it´s perfect with my favorite actors both in it...

We are all sinners! Maybe....we should all go to confess to the Father...and maybe you know...lock ourselves in the confession room and............
It's just a suggestion!

Would be a work for the rest of his life if he had to listen to all our confessions
but I´m quite sure, he would enjoy it

Oooh! Can I use that? 'Innocent and shit'?
All I can say about this film is that I started watching it to see what Finnes was like as an actor and found a bonus...or I thought I had until I saw the dog collar
Heartbreaking!
