JB Online

RIO - After the premiere at the Festival of Toronto, Canada, Good- English production directed by Brazilian Vicente Amorim - will make his first exhibition in the national territory in the closing night of the 10th edition of the Rio Film Festival (October 8 at Odeon Br), with the presence of actor Viggo Mortensen. The festival happens between the day on September 25 and October 9.

On 26 October 'GOOD' will be exhibited for the first time for the European market during the Film Festival Internazionale del Film di Roma, conducted between days 22 and 31 October.

On 29 October, GOOD, will display the closing night gala at the Chicago Film Festival, which begins the next day scheduled for October 16.

In the plot, Mortensen plays a professor of literature, a common man, whose book is used as propaganda for the Nazi regime.

In Germany in the past 30 years, the long is a piece of theatrical adaptation of CP Taylor and also brings in cast Jodie Whittaker and Jason Issacs (from The Patriot and Harry Potter). The next Long Amorim Hearts will be dirty, adaptation of the book Fernando Morais, and will run next year.

The Chicago Film Festival has yet to be updated. It's still showing last year's schedule. But that'll probably change in the next week or so.

Thanks for the news, Char! Looks like there may be another excursion in the works. ;-)

Thank you dear Char!! :hug

Well, if Brotherhood is all done by then, it wouldn't be more than a couple of hours away--and JI has demonstrated his commitment to this movie, as well as his apparent enjoyment of the whole festive deal! I'm optimistic, babe!

Fainting is not an option, Miss Kate. It negates the whole purpose of going to the film festival.

Well if you do feel like fainting, bite down hard on your tongue.
Trust me, you'll snap right out of it. :D

Oi!! I was only kidding!

Trust me, Kate. You'll be fine. There's a world of difference between what one THINKS might happen, and what actually DOES.
I was in a state of Zen calm the whole time I was in Toronto.

Quite strange, actually.

I do trust you love and what you said is so true....that there is a difference in
what we think might happen and what actually happens. Part of me knows all will be fine, so I will trust that.

Thank you for caring...I appreciate that.

Hugs,
Kate
