A fencing Jason Isaacs--in tights, no less!! Sorry--a historical drama concerning machinations and maneuverings in the court of Spain's Philip II, erstwhile husband to England's Queen Mary Tudor and dispatcher of the ill-fated Armada. Velvet and ruffed collars. Unfortunately, it appeared only sporadically in theatres, and is tough to find even on DVD.

AngelTavington posted this link over on the FanZone: http://www.laconjuradeelescorial.com/
The English version is "under construction"; the homepage says that the film will debut on 5 September.

On edit: it's the same URL as Char had posted earlier, but that site had gone 'dormant' for several months. It's active again as of this writing.

Thanks, Hil and Kim.
I had a quick look around, but didn't see anything about an international release.
Perhaps someone with sharper eyes can chime in?
