That's how I felt when Brotherhood started... then I ended up not even having Showtime. It's kind of nice to be able to watch it all at once though, which will most likely be how I finally see Case Histories.

At least we know it's well worth the wait. :D

Yes, but then I will have no self control and will watch all episodes at once.

At least it's not as many episodes as Brotherhood (although I wish there were more :( )

I was a total zombie after watching the entire series, but it was totally worth it.

And after we have done that, we'll watch it again :woot

Got an Amazon gift certificate for Christmas, bought the first three books, and just got 'em. Finished reading Case Histories.

Spoilers ahead . . .

:hit Was it just me and my ever-failing memory or were there too many female names to keep track of? There were the four sisters and the mother Land. Then, Michelle, her sister and daughter, and her new name and her step daughter and mother-in-law and her daughter's new name. Theo's daughters and then all of her girl friends. I had to start keeping a score card so that I could remember who was who. I guessed early on that all of these stories would enmesh, but keeping the names straight was a task. It was a well-written page turner. Looking forward to starting One Good Turn.

Haha, I almost did, but watching on a laptop makes it kind of rough. I do think I watched 6 or 7 episodes in a row though.

I know, I watch dvds on my Mac sometimes, but of course it's not the same as watching them on a big flat screen television. My laptop screen in only 13 inches- pretty small. And I can't place my Mac in a comfortable position to watch movies.

Helen, I found that more of an issue with the audiobooks. With the paper version, I could go flipping back. I didn't experience so much difficulty that it interfered with my enjoyment, though.

Hilary, once I wrote down the names and the family trees, I was fine . . . I just didn't think of it until I was about halfway through. With One Good Turn, I started keeping score from page 1. Up to page 100 already. It's also shaping up to be a good 'un.

I had trouble, too Hilary  Only after reading and listening a few times have I finally sorted out the characters....

(I read all 4 books one after the other, so that became a bit confusing as well...LOL)

You're right, Kim. I listened to the fourth one and am reading numbers one and two in succession. I think I'll stop after this one and read some other mysteries that I've got piled up.
