Fun interview, though I do wonder which press release the "Kate's novels, which I listened to as audiobooks long before I got this part," error comes from - I've seen it several times now - doesn't say much for journalistic independent research!

Haha, this guy must be really jealous, because he doesn't have and will never have any "disturbing" fans. Image

A very interesting interview.

I'm curious about his turning down the role of Rochester; which version/when was it, do you think?

Ciaran Hinds played him in 1997. And according to imdb William Hurt`s version was in 1996. (I didn't realise those two productions were so close together.) Toby Stephens played him in 2006. I think the recent Michael Fassbender version is unlikely to have been it.

DISTURBING?

I thought we were a nice group of fans.
Everyone is polite and we never talk bad about other actors.
(maybe we bitch once in awhile but very seldom and it's for a good cause)

Sorry, I've just now got round to reading this--that particular reference was plainly to these:

I was also taken aback at the Rochester reference--first I've heard about that.

Have we had this one from the Irish 'Independent'?

The answer to the question, by the way, is "Yes".

I saw that yesterday, and it irked me a bit. Mainly because I think it would take a lot of talent to make a doll like that and I hate when people make assumptions. Then I realized, hey its free advertising for the site, more people will be checking it out if for nothing more than to see the dolls!
