I look forward to hearing both from a fan, and a not so fan, about what you guys think of the movie. It is good to get reviews from both types of people. It will give a more rounded outlook on it.

I just saw this about A Single Shot:

An excellent update, thanks LadyS.

"A theatrical release in major markets..." - hmm, unlikely to be shown in my local fleapit any time soon. :pig
Did you know that Neil Jordan's film "Byzantine" was mainly filmed here in Hastings, but the residents had to kick up a major-league fuss to get it shown in Hastings' own cinema!?!

Sorry, that should say "Byzantium". Can't seem to edit forum posts on phone.

Well, they did specifically mention the UK in one of those articles (or at least one that I read...), so I suspect it's probably looking good for y'all over there on that side of the Pond. (And where there is a release, there is often a DVD. YAY!)

There was this one, too:

FY(anyone's)I, Single Shot is on Comcast TV under Tribecca Films NOW until theater releases. I don't know how large a release it is, but you can watch it in the comfort of your homes...(it's still quite dark and scary). LN (US side of pond)
