I suppose they'll just film around her "bump," or if she doesn't come back they'll just use a different actress. I would suspect that since they aren't a committed series yet, they can change up the cast members without too much confusion.

On the complete OTHER hand, if (when) it's picked up and she wants to stay, she'll have the baby and bring it to the set with a nanny; lots of actors to that too...ln
