It's the symbol from the trailer...written in blood, it looks like. I've no idea what it means, but I think they are aiming at being mysterious. :D

It is visually interesting - if not a tad disapointing that the very good looking star was not featured in it.

Looks like they are following up on Case Histories... (I like him better without the blood).
