Thanks for posting this, thunder. The claim seemed legitimate to me: Bombs!!! I'm gad Universal prevailed. I doubt this will be elevated to the Supreme Court. But. Who knows.

Interesting! Anyone who has ever tried to fight insurance companies knows what an uphill battle that can be. Hope this outcome sticks.
