According to this article from the Providence Journal, there was to be a brief segment shot at the Adult Correctional Institute (don't know if that's a jail or prison).
Wonder who the cast member inside was???
Showtime series, 'Brotherhood,' to film segment at ACI

CRANSTON — The Showtime television drama Brotherhood will film part of an episode at the Adult Correctional Institutions next week.
The State Properties Committee approved filming inside the state prison yesterday.
Montez Monroe, production manager for the series, said the film crew will be inside the ACI’s maximum-security unit Wednesday for “probably an hour, if that.â€

Ohhhh - lets see (and I want some good odds on this since it's a long shot) I'd say it's DeClan for beating Michael nearly to death. (Hey I said it was a long shot but they pay better - what can I say?)
