Thank you I really enjoyed that. I don't know Sofia Bush that well. Which show was all the issues with?.
I thought her comments on stress/anxiety were fascinating. I think we all put too much on ourselves. Someone once said failure is not the problem but intention. If you do something with honesty and care then that is never a problem even if you fail.

Spoilers.

Made me sad hearing Jason speaking how sad his childhood was at times.

Do you have a “Podcast” app? If so, Searching for “Sophia Bush Work in Progress” might be another option. I wish this had been captioned, so it could’ve been transcribed.
