Letterman's tribute to Shrub's passing

Post by Hilary the Touched » Fri Mar 06, 2009 12:50 pm

I confess that I generally get my news from the radio, which would have edited these out, so many were not familar to me--boy am I glad I will not have to be listening to them for the next four years:

Where do I begin? Ya know what? I'll just pass. It speaks (or not) for itself.

So funny yet so frightening to think he had so much power.

I'm listening to a parrot sing something unintelligible on TV and it is more watchable than anything the shrub ever said in the whole 8 years. Long live the parrot.

Oh Dear G!d thank you for posting that. Just had to peel myself off the floor, laughing too hard to hear half of it.

Almost makes me miss him.

Almost.

I have to admit I have never been a fan of W but in some respects I will miss him. What other President has given us so many unintentional laughs
What he did to the country isn't funny but still----------
