Well, I took advantage of the drop in gas prices - filled up and will now need a couple of trips before the election so I can refill before the prices go up again.

Gee, and we wonder why we're so cynical....

Just paid (last Thursday) $2.26/gallon, while in August the price was $2.79! I don't know what the rest of the country's been paying, but it sure looks like they want to sway California voters in a big way.

To quote an erudite politician, "Fool me once, shame on . . . shame on you. Fool me . . . you can't get fooled again."
