I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but a while back a strange man approached me like we were long time friends, and tried to give me a hug. I could clearly smell the alcohol on his breath, and put my hands up in a defensive gesture ("Hey! Back the *@#% up, bub!"), and he took the hint. Well, I was on my way over to the library and he saw me again. I picked up speed, and he started walking next to me. So, I crossed the street, not so much as one word spoken, and he followed me.

So, I kept walking like I was

, eventually he stopped walking with me, and I just kept going. (The first thing that popped in my head was, "Stupid boy".

)
Kind of makes me wish Animal Control would pick up SOMETHING! Even if it is two-legged.

I'd report it to the authorities, marilaine. This guy clearly has issues.

What Gillian said. This guy could be harrassing others as well and should be brought to the attention of the authorities. No doubt you can give a good description.
