Yes, that was rude given the weather. But . . . it could be company policy to get everyone off the bus just in case something else goes seriously wrong. Were there no business awnings nearby where the elderly or infermed people could stand?

That poor woman's companion's guided to her to the "awning" of a nearby house's roof. But, still.
DEAR RTA, get a driver with some compassion. And, driver's ed for "homocidal maniacs" are a neccessity. My tax dollars at work?
