Re: What would you like to see Jason in?
I had a completely random thought: Ethan Frome (the novel by Edith Wharton). I think he'd be great as the main character - lots of angst, guilt, & New England stocisim. I don't know if it was assigned on the other side of the Pond, but it was high school reading for me (perhaps it's just a New England kind of thing). Liam Neeson was Frome in the 1993 movie (he did a good EF, too).

Abot now I'd like to see him in anything. I'm really missing the fact that he is not in a series.

I agree with you so much, Marie. I want to see him in a series so badly. I just looked at the "Surgeon General" video again and couldn't imagine how this pilot didn't make it!! Jason is wonderful....there are so many shows coming on that just don't look anyway as great.

Oh thank you, dear Helen. I miss seeing him so much!!

Re-runs of movies and series he's been in are lovely, but just seeing him pop up LIVE at a movie premiere would be dandy too, it's been a couple, three weeks now...Where are ya Jason?

He's being a big ol' Tease by remaining out of sight. *sighs overdramatically* I hope it's something good that is keeping him busy.
(Although- for me- it's probably for the best, I've got lots going on this fall, & I wouldn't want to have to not watch a show of his due to a crazy schedule.)

Ya know what would be really funny? Whose Line Is It Anyway? He should watch it and see if he wants to be a guest and do improv. Seems to me just his style, (well, not generally his style, but like free falling out of a plane on your 50 th BD it's stepping out of his comfort zone
he'll have to watch his mouth a bit, but could be fun for him -not a steady diet-but toe dipping into comedy. He'd be so great! ~e

A play at the National Theatre in London that will be filmed so we can all watch it. I just saw Benedict Cumberbatch in Hamlet.
(He was very good. It was reee-aaa-llll-llll-yyyy long.)

Fruitbat, I saw that Hamlet as well. Good production. Cudda done without the detritus on the stage, though, throughout the second act.
It was reee-aaa-llll-llll-yyyy long.
Yes, Shakespeare can be long of words. But such great words.

I saw that Hamlet, too. I thought it was quite good, but I'm biased towards the Roman plays. And, Helen, I'm seeing Coriolanus again on Thursday night!
Hmm...if Jason did Shakespeare, I think that I would like to see him do Titus Andronicus.

Re: What would you like to see Jason in?
It doesn't have to be Shakespeare. I saw NT Live's Frankenstein.
Re: What would you like to see Jason in?
Hmmmm. Coriolanus again? That would be very painless.
