Happy Turkey!! 2014 is my year for being extremely thankful to be alive.

I'll give you my answer, fruitbat: turkey roulade. Since it's just the two of us and finishing a whole turkey is more than we can handle (and the prep/cook times are greatly reduced), a boneless turkey breast filled with my turkey sausage, apple, cranberry, and walnut stuffing, rolled and wrapped with turkey bacon is just perfect for us. Thanksgiving day, we're having dinner with friends, so the roulade should last until Sunday and then no more sleep-inducing L-tryptophans or stripping the carcass. :snore

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.

We don't celebrate over here (for obvious reasons), it's just a regular November Thusrsday for me - so... back to work. :cafe

Have a great celebration :D :yip

Helen, your post, like the posts of my American friends on facebook, makes me hungry. :D

MTA: Did you notice Jason's tweet?
Happiest of thanksgivings to anyone else who's going to eat till their pants hurt and swallow back just a little bit of sick. Enjoy the day.

I do apologize for being so belated in wishing everyone "A VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!"

So grateful for all of you and being able to celebrate with my dear family and a friend...it was a small gathering but a
time for us to be together and share our past Thanksgivings as well.

Love you all and wish good health as well. :hug

Our dear Jason is a hoot, isn't he...bless that man he's the best!! :hug
