There's about 4 hours left of 2006 here in Sydney, and I'm about to head out...

Just popping to wish everyone a happy, peaceful, propserous, and generally awesome 2007!

You too AusieJo and everyone else!!! Happy New Years!!!!

I plan to spend the day putting out my new quilt, shams and bedskirt I purchased yesterday at a very good white sale (I need to steam out the wrinkles - bah!!) Then starting the arduous process of putting away Christmas decorations before the cats tear them to shreds.

I have dinner reservations with two other couples at a very posh place at 8:30PM for a five course New Year's Eve dinner (bad girl!) No late night though - I think we will be home by 11:00PM and we never really felt the need to stay up just to watch a ball drop (you can tell we are getting old!!)

I'm spending it in my new home, in my new Xmas robe, cuddling with cats.

You'll be in bed by the time I write this, Aussie, so I hope you had a wonderful time and that you're no worse for wear because of it.

And to the rest of you, Happy New Year! May 2007 bring you joy, prosperity and good health. Take care if you're travelling and try not to indulge in the bubbly too much.

Happy New Year to everyone here, and my celebration will be dinner with family, and then back home before the ball drops..I'll be awake, but safe at home..Hopefully 2007 will be a bright and prosperous year for all, full of good things and great friends...

Late . . . as usual.

Happy New Year, ALL!!

Fell asleep and didn't wake up until 12:15. (Pretty close.) Opened the window to let in the new year and went right to bed. Musta been the start of the damn cold I've been suffering from since.
