because you have NOOOOOO IDEA of the volume of Donald Trump postings I'd have here. Like, we'd have to pay for a larger website.

That is all.

Grrrl. You asked for it.
Okay, so you know how he defends carrying forward massive losses to avoid paying future taxes by blathering on about his 'fiduciary responsibilities' to various shareholders? Well, hold on a sec, that's in reference to his PRIVATE tax returns, NOT his business taxes. By definition, he has no shareholders in his personal wealth.
But speaking of personal wealth, here's a piece from the Washington Post detailing his slimy self-serving treatment of actual shareholders in Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts: http://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/ ... no-resorts

"Mom-and-pop investors who had the misfortune to put their confidence in Trump lost nearly everything. But as a performance of low cunning, his stewardship of THCR really did verge on genius. The company itself was a dumpster fire, losing money every year Trump served as chair. But he managed to personally pocket $44 million in salary and bonuses. Even more egregiously, he offloaded personal debts onto the corporate balance sheet and had the public company purchase services ranging from bottled water to plane flights from Trump’s privately held enterprises."

And his much-lauded generosity via the Trump Foundation? Not lookin' so good here:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics ... story.html
"The night before, The Washington Post reported that Trump’s foundation — which has subsisted entirely on other people’s donations since 2008 — had failed to register with the state as a charity soliciting money.
Because of that, Trump’s foundation had avoided rigorous annual audits that New York state requires of charities that seek the public’s money. Those audits would have asked, among other things, if the foundation’s money had been used to benefit Trump or one of his businesses."

...as in this case:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/pos ... tys-money/
In brief, other people donate to Trump's Foundation, then he turns around and buys shit for himself using the Foundation's money.

Oh, and his "Ima bring jobs back to the U.S. so hard" claims? Well, he had lots of opportunities, but instead elected to go offshore:
http://www.newsweek.com/how-donald-trum ... ina-505717
"A Newsweek investigation has found that in at least two of Trump’s last three construction projects, Trump opted to purchase his steel and aluminum from Chinese manufacturers rather than United States corporations based in states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin. In other instances, he abandoned steel altogether, instead choosing the far-less-expensive option of buying concrete from various companies, including some linked to the Luchese and Genovese crime families.

Need talking down yet? This is just pure fun, pretty well politics-free: https://www.pastemagazine.com/articles/ ... s-the.html

And 24-hour news cycles don't SCREAM this stuff. So much for the" liberal press in this country". This is why Hillary is not 50 points ahead of this dishonest, money-grubbing ignoramus. Social media is about the only place that does not give him a free pass on this shite.

I swore I'd leave this topic alone--but then Don the Con had to go and do this (the original is from 2005, but it's still cringe-inducing. Serial sexual assault was not any more okay then):
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics ... story.html

"“And when you’re a star, they let you do it,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”
“Whatever you want,” says another voice, apparently [Billy] Bush’s.
“Grab them by the p---y,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”

Aaaaand a man who learns from his mistakes (which in this case included demands to reinstate the death penalty):

FINALLY, Republicans are starting to pull their support after this. Perhaps this is the October Surprise. I just checked electoral-vote.com, and her numbers are 334 e-votes to his 186. Now, we have to hope that this translates down-ballot.

I got up in the middle of the night to watch the debate. For a while I wondered if I was stuck in an absurd dream I couldn't wake up from. That was a new low...

Don't know if you are stuck in a bad dream thunder - but we sure feel like we have been living one during this election. :-(

You know, I purposely ignored anything Trump-related when he announced he was seeking the nomination. When he won, I still kept away because I was torn between laughing at the idiot and being really afraid that he has so much support. Or any support, really.

It appears that he is unlikely to win, but you guys south of the border will still have to recover from what his campaign has done to your country. You have my sympathies.

Wondering what the original tactics were, or if he decided to just dump they tactics and improvise. Who thought focusing on Bill Clintons sexual affairs would be a good tactical move for him? He's sitting in a glasshouse throwing rocks, and now it comes smashing down on him.

He said a few years ago that he could make money running for president. My Theory: I guess he didn't think he'd make any traction. But, when he started knocking out "legitimate" candidates left and right, he suddenly realized that he might get the nomination. In that case, he would have to start getting serious. Unfortunately for him, that's impossible. But, having gotten the nomination, he is raking in a lot of money by using his campaign funds to pay his companies/planes many times more than when he was paying for such things out of his own pocket. What a mess he is and what a mess he's making of this country. I'm Sooooo with Her.
